The sermon encouraged us to create a Digital Rule of Life—a simple, intentional framework for using technology in a way that supports our values rather than distracting from them.

  • No phones at meals
  • Last hour before bed and first hour of the day without screens
  • Turn off non-essential notifications
  • One screen at a time (no scrolling while watching TV, etc.)
  • Sabbath from screens once a week
  • Charge your phone outside the bedroom
